A: Has to be pushing the prowler, it hits all the right spots in a short period of time!
Q: Favourite post-workout snack?
A: I’ve recently discovered the awesomeness of a NutriBullet! I usually cram in almond milk, oats, whey protein, a banana, cinnamon, spirulina, maca, acai, chai and flax seeds, whizz it all up and you have a post workout out snack fit for a champion!
Q: The mantra/quote that keeps you motivated?
A: “Never settle for anything less than 100% otherwise you are only cheating yourself”

A: Strength Sensei always has very interesting articles to read.
Q: How are you getting on with your 2015 goal?
A: My progress is going well, my leg power is going up along with PB’s on my lifts, next step is to find some short steep hills to sprint up to get my leg speed up!
