This week we’re mostly eating … Eggs!
Eggs are fantastic for keeping you fuller for longer, and every single egg is packed with:
Vit B2 which helps your body to break down food into energy
Vit B12 which is vital for producing red blood cells
Vit A which is aids eyesight
Vit E which fights off the free radicals that can cause tissue and cellular damage, which may lead to cancer.
The white is where most of the egg’s protein is found, but don’t discard the yolk which contains over 90 percent of an egg’s calcium and iron.
