First up this month is Coach Will’s “Purple Power” smoothie, made with:
- Almond milk
- 75g jumbo oats
- Plain Protein World protein powder
- Maca powder
- Flax seed
- Chia seed
- Maple syrup
… and finished off with mint!
A great alternative to a green smoothie, and still packed with fibre and superfoods!
