This week we’re mostly eating … Sweet potato!

Sweet potatoes are a top source of low GI carbohydrate, meaning they’re a good source of sustainable energy. In addition, they are loaded with fibre – essential for helping to control appetite, burn fat, maintain healthy digestion and build muscle.
If you’ve got a penchant for fries or potato wedges, switch white potato for sweet, cook in coconut oil and enjoy!
