Time to share another smoothie recipe – this time from Coach Alex’s kitchen!
I very rarely follow a set recipe as it’s not often I have specific ingredients in the house! I tend to just grab a load of stuff and hope for the best!
This morning, I raided the cupboards, fridge and freezer and found the following:
- Acai – I was first introduced to this stuff by our lovely Coach Kirsty and her husband Ben. It’s a real power food!
- Vanilla whey
- Chia seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Goji berries
- Flax seed
- MCT powder
- Coconut water
Bit of a mish mash, but fortunately for me it tasted amazing!
