food focus: coach craig’s smoothie recipe

This month we’re sharing our Coaches’ favourite smoothie recipes … Coach Craig couldn’t pick between his two favourites, so here’s a set of two fantastic flavours to add to your NutriBullet repertoire!

If you’re a nut lover or have a sweet tooth, try my cocoa, banana & nut smoothie, above.

If you like deeper berry flavours, then my Cherry Almond smoothie might be right up your street!
Blend together:

  • 80g frozen fitted dark cherries
  • 150ml coconut water
  • 75ml kefir or dairy-free milk of your choice
  • 10g ground almonds

Add water to reach your desired consistency, then enjoy!
