Join the UK’s top functional training gym for a top functional training session 8.30-9.30am every Saturday morning!
We’ll be using our 800 sq ft conditioning area for 60 minutes of interval and resistance training. This will include a warm up and cool down, and will use some of the great kit we have to offer: sleds, tyres, prowler, Kettlebells, ropes, VipRs, parralettes and medicine balls.
This style of training lends itself incredibly well to fat loss, increasing muscle mass and improved muscle tone, as well as boosting cardio vascular performance in a very short space of time. But most importantly – with likeminded people – it’s a great way of enjoying exercise, and a great way to start every weekend!
The session is open to men and women of all ages and abilities, members (£5 fee) and non-members (£8 fee) alike. No booking required. We’d love to see you there!
