• What is it?

    Our highly successful 8 week transformation is a fully customised programme for those looking to improve the way they look and feel in a short space of time. We devised the transformation programme using our years of experience combined with the latest research to enable you to achieve results you’ve always dreamed of.

  • What do I get?

    Your 8 week package includes two months’ membership at The SCI, giving you access to bespoke, state-of-the-art equipment. Your dedicated transformation Coach will devise a bespoke training programme for you and take you through it step by step. You will also receive full access to a bespoke nutrition plan and extensive meal library on our online platform, the SCI Smart Coach.

    Finally, the package also includes professional personal training (once per week for within our standard package, and twice per week within standard plus) and four 30-minute check-in sessions with your Coach, for weigh-ins and adjustments to your programme and nutrition. You can also have professional before and after photographs taken, if you would like.

    You don’t need to be local to our Tonbridge premises to take part. We can provide exactly the same detailed training and nutrition programmes over the internet, and conduct the check-ins via phone or Internet.

  • How does it work?

    The programme and nutrition protocol are specifically designed to target improving insulin sensitivity. This is essential for continued fat loss as well as muscle gain, and therefore a fundamental first step regardless of your goals. The programme will also completely re-balance your hormones, improving testosterone levels in men and rapidly reducing elevated cortisol levels in both men and women. Cortisol is the ‘stress’ hormone largely responsible for fat storage.

  • What results can I expect to see?

    You must be prepared to do what you haven’t done before. If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got!

    The training is just half of it. The planning and preparation of meals are equally important. We can help you to make the right decisions by providing nutritional guidelines and meal plans, but sticking with it will ultimately be up to you. The aim of your Coach is to ultimately give you the tools to make the right decisions in any given circumstances.

    Remember that you’re making a commitment to yourself to improve yourself, and don’t lose sight of your motivation. We’re not asking you to become a social recluse or give up everything you love, but you will need to be disciplined. Involve your family and friends for support and motivation as it can be physically and mentally challenging, and remember that every second of your hard work will be worth it!
