How it works
We offer our Competition Prep Package both locally and online, so geography is no boundary to accessing our expert support. If you’re local to our facility in Tonbridge we can base all or some of our consultations there, but phone/email/Skype mean we can just as easily work with clients anywhere in the world.
Following an initial consultation to fully understand your goals, individual physiology plus your training and diet history, your dedicated Coach will design a completely tailored programme for the full period of your competition prep.
You’ll be working incredibly closely with your Coach, through weekly check-ins including weigh-ins, progress photos, plus your feedback on your diet and training. As well as listening to your feedback, these weekly consultations will be where we advise on any necessary changes to your nutrition and training plans, to keep the end goal in clear sight.
Check-ins will of course be scheduled to suit your commitments, and we are flexible on days and timing. You will be able to schedule these weekly check-ins directly with your Coach.
Post-competition, your Coach will provide a 4 week reverse diet plan with all packages, to carefully re-establish the necessary caloric intake, and likely reduction in energy expenditure from training and cardio, but this will need to be adhered to as strictly as the competition prep itself.
A note from us
We’ve both done it, and can say from experience that competition prep is not for the faint of heart. If you have carefully made the decision to commit a significant amount of time to getting into peak physical shape then we can certainly help you achieve just that, but it will require total adherence and compliance to get the best possible results.
