Our award-winning Coaches have guided over 300 clients through our signature body transformation programme, and the results, feedback and ongoing demand has been absolutely overwhelming. We’ve worked with individuals from the Armed Forces right through to pensioners who want to find a whole new lease of life and discover a new sport

This course will follow the same eight week structure as our existing programme, but this time we’re inviting an exclusive group of just eight participants to start together, join group training sessions (as well as solo training should they wish), and be guided through an exciting body transformation with 24/7 support from our experienced team. It’s the best way to blend expert advice from our Coaches with the motivation and support that comes from working in a group environment.

  • Start date & induction

    Saturday 16th March 2019 Induction 4:00pm – 6:00pm @ The SCI

    At this introductory session you’ll meet and get to know the two SCI Coaches who will oversee your transformation, have your initial consultation including a weigh-in, measurements and before photos (if you would like), and receive the course booklet which contains all the information you’ll need on nutrition. Your Coaches will also give you a tour of the gym and an induction on the equipment (no training kit required for the induction day), so you are prepared for any solo training you might want to do during the eight weeks.

    You’ll listen to a talk that will clearly explain the nutrition plan, and will receive your personalised nutrition targets. Of course there will be plenty of time to ask questions, too, and your Coaches will always be available if you think of something you want to ask later on. You’ll also get to meet the other new starters on the course, and get ready for a life (and body) changing eight weeks together!

    If possible, we suggest all attendees bring with them a 4-7 day food diary, this can be filled out using a food tracking app such as MyFitnessPal, or in a notebook, to help us better identify caloric needs and requirements that we will take away and assess for each individual.

  • Group training

    Sat 16th Mar – Sat 11th May During your Transformation Course you’ll have access to all of the following weekly group training sessions at our cutting-edge facility:

    • Monday 9.30-10.30am
    • Tuesday 1.30-2.30pm
    • Thursday 6.30-7.30pm
    • Saturday 8.30-9.30am

    There’s absolutely no booking required, just turn up and work towards your goals under the guidance of one of your Group Transformation Coaches. The sessions work the whole body and are specially designed to burn fat and tone muscle. We recommend that you join two sessions per week, but there’s no minimum or maximum, and you will have full access to the gym for solo workouts if that’s what will work for your schedule. Pre-written workouts will be available for you to use in the gym, so you can just pick one and go!

  • During your 8 weeks

    Outside of group training sessions there will be unlimited support and advice on hand, and on the date of your induction you’ll be added to a group chat facility where you’ll have 7-day-a-week access to your Coaches plus the other members of your transformation group. Your Coaches will monitor your progress throughout the eight weeks, and will make adjustments to your nutrition plan when necessary, to promote optimal health and results. You’ll track your weight and key body measurements every week, and report back to your Coaches. A final weigh-in, measurement check and photos (if you’d like them) will be done on the final Saturday, and we’ll award two FREE Personal Training sessions to the person who has undergone the biggest transformation from start to finish.

  • Cost & booking

    The full cost of this course is £300, and you can choose to either pay in full at the time of booking, or secure your place with a £150 deposit, with the balance due on your start date. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We expect demand to be high, therefore please note that the course is non-transferable and non-refundable.
