Join Head Coach Alex, Senior Coach Craig & Team GB Paraclimber Josh Senior for a fun and informative bodyweight and movement training here at the UK’s top functional training gym.
This popular workshop has been designed to help people of ages and abilities get the most from bodyweight training. Whether you’ve attended one of our previous workshops, or are just starting to explore the world of calisthenics, join us to progress your skills, learn from two of the best Coaches in the UK right now, and have fun in a group environment with like-minded individuals.
From press up variations, handstands, and floor work, right through to through to more advanced drills on the rings and parallettes, you’ll learn some new skills to incorporate into your regular training.
We’ll be running these sessions on a monthly basis, and they are perfect as a one-off, or for regular attendance to keep taking your technique, knowledge and skills to the next level each time.
The cost is just £25 per person (open to members and non-members alike), and we have limited spaces available.
