Muscular endurance, sprinting speed, anaerobic conditioning and pure strength are all attributes that are normally achieved through a variety of training methods. With Strongman training, however, you can enhance them all simultaneously. During this type of training you will have to learn how to lift objects that are bulky and hard to control. Flipping tires, pulling and pushing sleds, lifting logs, pressing sandbags and rope work are just some of the things you can expect to be doing. This teaches your body to use groups of muscles together which is far more transferable to sports and everyday life than more traditional types of training. More importantly you can burn calories, get strong and have fun whilst relieving your body from the stress of the day.
Whatever your fitness goals are, Strongman should be an integral part of your training.
