I’m picking two! Dead lift – one of the best exercises for increasing power and strength, and burpee pull up – no matter how many you do, they never get easier!
Favourite piece of kit?
Prowler. One of the best pieces of equipment in the gym for explosive power, I simply love it.
Dream training partner?
I would love to train with Olympic downhill skier Bode Miller, just to see what sort of training would involve keeping you focused and balanced when hitting speeds of 100mph skiing down a mountain!
The exercise you have a love-hate relationship with?
Bulgarian/rear foot elevated split squats… Great for powerful quads and glutes, but makes me feel like a newborn foal trying to walk!
